Hotel construction management

Embarking on the construction of a new hotel is a complex endeavor that demands meticulous planning and execution.

Server Room Upgrade
​Our recent project involved a comprehensive upgrade to the server room cooling system, coupled with the installation of a cutting-edge Building Management System (BMS). Recognizing the critical role of temperature control in maintaining optimal server performance, we replaced outdated cooling units with state-of-the-art, energy-efficient systems. This upgrade not only ensures a more stable and cooler environment for sensitive equipment but also contributes to significant energy savings. Simultaneously, the integration of a BMS allows for centralized monitoring and control of the entire facility's environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and airflow. This intelligent system provides real-time insights, allowing for proactive adjustments and efficient resource utilization.
Heating systems installation
One of our recent projects was to install heating system as well as hot/cold water installation in 22 apartments in a social district. The challenge was the very tight deadline, the location of the apartments as they are in a small community 100km away from Yerevan as well as the severe weather conditions during the period. The project was planned in a way to have all the equipment, pipes and components required for the completion in stock and furthermore, to have 20% extra of each materials in order to avoid any delay of the project because of a missing part, take into consideration, the shipping of the item to the site could take some time. As we cooperate with all the major suppliers in Armenia, we agreed to return extra items upon completion of the project.
With the initial deadline of 15 days, we were able to complete the work in just 5-6 days thanks to the professional team and a thorough good planning.
Roofing improvements
We completed a comprehensive roofing rehabilitation project for the 4,000 m² new office space of one of Armenia’s largest IT companies—also recognized globally in the tech industry. The original roof had widespread installation flaws, including improper fixings and poor overlaps, leading to frequent water infiltration.
To bring the structure up to current standards and comply with modern health & safety requirements, our team dismantled all existing metal sheets and reinstalled them using approved methods and materials. We also addressed structural deficiencies, installed four missing rooftop access doors, and rebuilt the water drainage system on both sides of the building.
Finally, the entire roof was insulated with 7 cm of high-density thermal and acoustic material, significantly enhancing the building’s energy efficiency and internal comfort.
Laundry facilities upgrade
We completed a full technical upgrade of the laundry facilities at the operation center of one of Armenia’s leading IT companies—operating 24/7 with over 1,500 employees. The client required a reliable, high-capacity solution to support round-the-clock operations and improve staff support infrastructure.
The scope included full rewiring with new electrical cabling, updated power distribution boards, and the installation of new circuit breakers with integrated residual current devices (RCDs) to enhance safety. In parallel, we rebuilt the plumbing and sewage systems, upgraded ventilation, and reconfigured the space with new shelving and structural adjustments to improve workflow and hygiene.
As a result, the output capacity of the laundry facilities doubled, while working conditions were significantly enhanced for the operations team.
Technical Due Diligence
We recently completed an in-depth Technical Due Diligence assessment for of of Armenia's leading IT companies in the scope of their expansion project, delivering a comprehensive evaluation of the building’s critical infrastructure. Our team meticulously inspected HVAC systems, electrical networks, fire safety protocols, plumbing, and structural components, uncovering operational risks and compliance gaps that could impact safety and efficiency.
The assessment revealed urgent concerns, including severe fire safety violations, improper electrical installations, and HVAC condensation hazards. By providing detailed corrective measures, we empowered our partner to address these issues proactively, ensuring the facility meets modern safety standards while optimizing long-term performance. This project underscores Hestia’s commitment to safeguarding assets and occupants through expert engineering insights.
Diesel Generator Upgrade
In our recent project, we bolstered the resilience of your power infrastructure by installing an additional fuel tank for the diesel generator, complemented by an advanced automatic refueling system. Recognizing the critical role of the generator in maintaining uninterrupted power supply, the added fuel tank significantly extends the system's runtime during extended power outages. The seamless integration of an automatic refueling system ensures continuous operation without manual intervention. This smart technology monitors fuel levels in real-time and initiates refueling processes as needed, optimizing the generator's performance and eliminating the risk of downtime due to fuel shortages. This enhancement not only enhances the reliability of your backup power system but also streamlines maintenance processes, providing you with a robust and efficient solution for sustained power availability.
Pumping Station Upgrade
Our recent project involved a comprehensive upgrade of a pumping station, aimed at enhancing its efficiency and reliability. Recognizing the pivotal role of the station in fluid transportation, we implemented advanced technologies and modernized equipment to optimize its performance. This upgrade included the installation of more energy-efficient pumps, advanced control systems, and predictive maintenance solutions. By leveraging state-of-the-art automation, we have streamlined monitoring and operational processes, ensuring real-time insights into the station's status. The revamped pumping station not only boosts overall productivity but also minimizes energy consumption, contributing to cost savings and environmental sustainability.
