Hestia Delivers FM Services for Ericsson in Partnership with CBRE

We are pleased to announce the start of a new facilities management engagement for Ericsson, a global leader in telecommunications and digital infrastructure. This project is being carried out in partnership with CBRE, reinforcing our commitment to delivering FM services at the highest international level.

Our team is responsible for the full management of Ericsson’s operational environment in Armenia, including the monitoring and maintenance of all MEP systems, compliance support, and day-to-day facility operations. As with all CBRE-aligned projects, our work is guided by global KPIs, safety standards, and performance frameworks that ensure consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement.
