Hestia Begins Facilities Management for Yandex Office in Iconic Building

We are proud to announce the beginning of a long-term cooperation with one of the region’s largest technology companies — Yandex. The company has entrusted Hestia Facilities Management with the full operational care of their newly opened 6,000 square meter office, located in one of Yerevan’s most iconic historical buildings.

Our scope of responsibility includes the day-to-day management and technical oversight of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within the premises. This covers routine maintenance, fault detection and response, system optimization, and compliance assurance — ensuring uninterrupted comfort, performance, and safety for Yandex's 24/7 operations.

Managing such a prominent and technically complex facility in a heritage building presents both challenges and rewards — from preserving architectural integrity to delivering modern engineering performance. We’re excited by the trust placed in us and look forward to expanding our partnership beyond Armenia in the near future.
